Polar Shades Sun Control (PSSC) warranties your products against defective workmanship and materials as follows:

All hardware (i.e. roller tube, housing, tracks, hem-bar, track guides, etc.) supplied and installed by PSSC or Authorized Dealer is covered under our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. All motors and fabric is warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of the Invoice against defects which are attributable to faulty manufacturing or assembly, such that the product sustains damage when in use, providing the product was used in the manner intended. PSSC will repair or replace any defective part(s) or material at no charge that falls within the warranty periods mentioned above (excludes labor).

EXCLUSIONS
PSSC does not Warranty against damage resulting from accidents, carelessness, neglect, storms, wind, water pooling, installation or repairs by other than PSSC, normal wear and tear, war, acts of God. This Warranty is non-transferable.
