Cutting Machine
The Dual Cutting table gives you a two blade option of Ultrasonic or Pressure cut. The Pressure cut is great for laminated materials; it can cut outdoor screens and can cut both interior and exterior fabrics. By simply turning a switch, the cutter changes blades. No tools necessary!
Welding Machine
Ultratab’s Impulse Welding machine can create pockets as well as join fabrics together. The welder was designed for single user operations, which saves both money and time, One of it’s best features is its ability to weld shades wider than the machine.
Polar Shades was selected as the window covering provider for the newly completed Vantage Lofts.

and manufacturing facility located in Henderson, Nevada. With the added 12,000 square foot of additional office and manufacturing space it brings our capacity to over 21,000 square foot and increases our production ability.
